Scope and contact
This policy explains how Saudi Designs handles information on this website and in quotation requests. For privacy questions or requests, call or message 0561806861 on WhatsApp and identify your request as a privacy matter.
Information you provide
You may provide your name, mobile number, service or signage type, project details, dimensions and images you choose to send. We do not request payment card numbers, passwords or national ID numbers. Do not send sensitive information or another person’s data without authority.
Quotation forms
Form details are used in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp message. Review and send the message yourself after WhatsApp opens. The current website has no dedicated database storing these requests. Message details may be passed to WhatsApp through the message-preparation link before you send it. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy policy.
Purpose and legal basis
Information received is used to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up and perform agreed services. Processing relies on the applicable legal basis, including requested pre-contract steps, performance of an agreement or consent where required. A quotation request is not consent to marketing messages. Marketing requires separate consent, which you may withdraw.
Local storage and technical information
The website stores your language choice in browser local storage; you can clear it in browser settings. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser type and request time for operation and security. We do not assert unverified provider retention periods or storage locations.
Google and measurement tools
The current website contains no website-added Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking or remarketing tags. If these are introduced, this policy will be updated before use and required consent controls will be implemented. Names, mobile numbers and request details will not be sent through ordinary traffic measurement tags. Search visibility or Search Console use does not mean customer form details are sent to that service.
YouTube and external services
The Riyadh opinions page embeds a YouTube video. Opening it may connect your browser to Google/YouTube servers, which may use cookies and process technical information under their policies. WhatsApp and other external services have their own policies. These services may process data outside Saudi Arabia; transfers performed by us remain subject to applicable requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell contact information or use it for undisclosed purposes. Necessary information may be shared with those assisting with your order or where legally required, limited to what is needed for the lawful purpose and applicable safeguards.
Retention and security
Received correspondence is retained as needed to handle requests, fulfil agreements, meet legal requirements or resolve disputes. It is deleted or de-identified when its purpose and applicable legal retention period end. You may ask about retention for your request. The website uses HTTPS and access is limited as necessary; no technology guarantees absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access and a copy, correction, destruction where no purpose or lawful retention basis remains, and withdrawal of consent when processing relies on consent. Contact the number above. Appropriate identity verification may be needed. We respond within applicable legal periods. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or obligations based on another legal basis. You may complain to the competent Saudi personal data protection authority.
Responsibility
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website or third-party service availability or absolute security. External links do not make us responsible for all third-party practices; our own legal duties and responsibility for our actions remain. This policy does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waive your rights. Prices, specifications and schedules depend on the approved quotation and agreement; an enquiry is not a final contract.
